Happiness is inside. So let it out!

I used to be a really happy outgoing person. People have told me how much they love the fact that I can laugh at anything. Okay, sometimes my laughter is inappropriate, but still I laugh.

However, Adam has been telling me for the past 7 years that I’m not a happy person. Why is he the only one who can’t hear me laugh? Considering he truly NEVER laughs (including during the Wedding Crashers), I think it’s interesting that he projects his emotions on to me.

Last night, Adam and I were talking. He said he can’t make me happy and that is why we can’t be together. REALLY? Then he followed it up with I can’t make him happy. REALLY? It got me to thinking about happiness. In fact, last year I read the book The Happiness Project. Did Adam pick up on this and unconsciously decided to use it against me?

None of this pondering matters What does matter is:”Your life is not what the stars, numbers, genetics, environment, politics or economic conditions make it; it is what YOU make it. External variables influence, but internal variables determine.” (http://anytimehealth.com/blog/395013-do-you-suffer-from-the-eeyore-syndrome)
